  I moved here in December. Thought it was going to be a good place to live not far from my job. WELL I WAS DEAD WRONG. The townhouse im renting while yes is in the front and mostly quiet is overrun with huge waterbug/roaches that I did not bring there. I have called the exterminator 3 times and the issue is still not handled. You can hear squirrels in the walls sounding like theyre in your home and the worst part is you call maintenance 90% of the time they don't answer. My AC doesnt work I called maintence and they claimed to put an order in for me and never did. I called back the next day they said they would have to put me at the end of the list and would get to me before the weekend was out. That was last Thursday! I even spoke with the property manager and she assured me it would be taken care of as well. No surprise it wasnt. I called back wednesday 5/09 and the property manager acted like she didnt know why it wasnt taken care of days ago and again stated she would "make sure" maintenance handled it before today 5/10 was over… my house still has NO AC and my 1 year old son is COVERED IN HEAT RASH. Never move here, its not all its cracked up to be. I WILL NOT be renewing my lease they claim to care but dont. They lie and make promises that their sorry maintenance dept cant keep. Rent to a new tenant and one thing after another is wrong. Ill be glad when my lease is up my children and myself will be getting the hell outta here. Save yourself the grief people move somewhere else that isnt worth it!
