  If zero stars was an option thats what I would give. After a few months of dealing with them I've finally been driven to write a review, the man at the front desk was disrespectful and rude from the very beginning, but I proceeded anyway and still have an unfinished job. FINALLY taking my business elsewhere. HERE'S MY UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE. Got a quote, paid it even happily, came to pick it up, missing a main aesthetic part, asked about it and very harshly told that it would be an upcharge that of course was never mentioned previously, I argued that it wasn't fair, got him to grudgingly agree that I was right and to pay at least half. He ordered the piece and said I didn't come back soon enough and sent it back. Paid my half on that occasion and had him reorder it and came in on a Saturday he claimed they couldn't do it on a Saturday, again very rude. Came I n on a weekday, he claimed I needed to make an appointment, again never told to me before, and also claimed I took too long to come for a piece that was already paid for! He ultimately said they were too busy and couldn't do it, again disrespectful and inconsiderate in speaking to me. Finally I asked for the piece and will now have to take it somewhere else but I rather pay someone else than tolerate anymore from him or his complacent manager/owner who said nothing about his manner and never intervened like good management would have. HUSBANDS DON'T SEND YOUR WIVES GO ALONE.
