  On 12/26/17 I went into the Lumberton, Nj location and made an appointment to have a navigation system installed in my truck a week later on 1/2/18. Guy (don’t know his name. He has a full beard) told me 1/2/18 was completely open and I was first appointment. Told me to bring it in at 9:00 AM and it would take 2-3 hours to complete. I brought my truck in and dropped it off at 8:45 AM on 1/2/18. Before leaving I asked the same guy again,how long it would take and he repeated 2-3 hours. I went home and waited until noon to call for an update on my truck. Guys says he has no idea when my truck would be ready. I asked what he meant. He said the technician has a “full schedule” and he was currently installing a remote starter in another car. Then he said the tech was currently working on my truck and the starter job at the same time. I asked what happened to me being first on the schedule, as he had told me when I made the appointment. I finally told him. After listening to more senseless jibber jabber from the guy, I told him that I was coming to get my truck. The guy goes, “Okay, I’ll pull it out of the shop.”
  When I got there 20 minutes later, my truck was sitting out front in the exact same spot, etc, where Imhad left it that morning. It had never even been moved into the shop. Then when I went in to get my keys, the guy faked like he was talking on the telephone so he wouldn’t have to face me. Whole week waiting for such incompetent and deceitful service. Guess it’s best I didn’t let them into my trucks electrical system. The worse.
